Dutch has made vet appointments jump into the 21st century. It’s made vet appointments easy and convenient. The meds are fairly priced and my dog loves being home during an appointment

What a great company! I no longer have to wait a week or two to get my dog into a vet appointment. He is getting older and mobility is becoming an issue. I am able to refill his meds online and have them shipped and able to speak to a vet via Zoom. It works great for us!

Each experience has been terrible!! Sure getting a same day visit is great… Except that most visits require medication which takes over a week to get!! On top of that the medication prescribed through them that you must purchase for your pup to be well is 5 times the recommended price at an in person vet!! My dog has a recurring rash she gets seasonaly. I was told per the vet on Dutch she could prescribe me medication but by law only 2 weeks worth and I would have to be seen by an in person vet. Waited a week for the meds none showed after payment. I had to contact help to tell them my issue and was told I was refunded due to incorrect quantity. After that they sent me a new prescription costing $232… with 30$ shipping… for 14 pills?!! Don’t waste your time or money people!!

I’m sorry to hear about the string of issues with your dog’s prescription. That’s a frustrating experience and I appreciate you flagging it. To clarify, the new prescription costs $130 and we’ve already emailed you a promo code to cover rush shipping on it at no cost to you. If you’ve found this medication for less elsewhere, we’re happy to price match with a timestamped screenshot per our terms and conditions. You’re right that the two-weeks’ supply limit is required by law specific to the state you’re in and isn’t something Dutch decided. We hope your dog finds relief from her rash and allergies soon.
