Awful customer service. My address got autocorrected and a medication I ordered got shipped to the wrong address. I noticed immediately but there is no way to get ahold of anyone. I tried the chat and the automated system said 7 min wait. I waited for HOURS only for the agent who finally picked up your terminate the chat session. I have been waiting all morning to talk to someone. It is now the afternoon and of course the order was shipped to the wrong address. There is no way to speak with someone.

My cat is an indoor cat and very skittish so having an online vet virtual appointment was actually better for her. She asked all the appropriate questions and discuss the treatment plan thoroughly as to see my kitty and pictures and video of her spent appropriate time and it was a low stress visit the doctor was great.

He prescribed medication our dog needed and gave us good advice. He was polite and resourceful. I’ll definitely use Dutch again after this. Thank you for helping us save our puppy!

Dr Afraz is wonderful. She is kind and knowledgeable. I can tell she really loves her job and it shows in the amazing care she gives my Bentley and Hubble. I highly recommend Dr Afraz and the Dutch program.

The convenience of being able to communicate with an online vet is extraordinary!!! Especially when you yourself have certain limitations getting to a vet or they give you an appointment that is inconvenient or far.
