Vet was cool but getting a prescription shipped is like pulling teeth. My dog is now to sick and needs to be seen by his regular vet to get meds because we xant wait any longer. They have rediculous excuses why they wont ship same day or even a couple days later. If you love your pet dont use this service.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand how stressful it can be when your pet is sick and you need medication quickly. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for a bit extra for situations like this, but once an order is processed, we’re unable to change the shipping speed. It looks like standard ground was selected for your orders, which is why we weren’t able to expedite them after the fact. We hope your pup feels better soon.
