Very slow. Beware After signing up, the next available appointment was 48 hours later and 9:00PM. Telemedicine is supposed to be fast. My pet was prescribed medicine for “their pharmacy.” If filled, it would take several days. The option to send to your local pharmacy COSTS $10 and it can take up to 72 hours for them to transfer. Your per ultimately suffers which defeats the intent of the engagement

I recommend Dutch because They are less expensive than taking your pet to the vet office. The Vetenary care is Top Notch. Dr. Rebecca Boncheck has done an excellent job in Treating our pet.

The service was SO slow. I received the order weeks after I placed it, so I obviously had to reach out to a local veterinarian and have it refilled because I needed it and it was taking forever (and to be honest at that point I didn’t even know if I was going to actually receive it). Do not say 5-7 days delivery if it’s at least double that. That’s false advertising if you ask me. The pills seem to be fine, but not everyone can wait forever, especially for medications. It would be such a neat service, if it was working properly. They told me that the order was late because “the pharmacy has been undergoing system upgrades which has led to orders going out slower than anticipated” (quoted from customer service email) but I went to check the reviews and people have been having this issue waaay before me so I don’t believe it, if I have to be honest. If you’re not in a “rush”, use it. If you are… reach out to someone else. Pros: the veterinarian call/e-visit went smooth, and the vet was awesome.

I absolutely love using this company for my dogs overall health they provide quick tips, questions or any concerns, I have about my dog. The customer service team was very kind and responded to all my questions very quickly. My favorite part is that I’m able to do all of this from home and get the same care that I would add a veterinarian clinic.

Absolutely terrible and slow service! My dog died after I trusted these people and their advice. They were suuuuuper slow and failed to issue prescriptions so my dog could live. Avoid at all cost.

I’m a nurse that works long 12 hour shifts. I noticed my cat has an infection on his belly but wouldn’t be able to take him to the vet within a timely manner. I found Dutch online and hesitantly signed up for an annual membership with the idea I’d be able to have my cat seen by a vet ASAP. Well when I went to schedule the appointment they only offered appointments until 2:35PM which makes no sense since they boast 24/7access to a vet. Now I’m sitting at the emergency vet after hours. Unsatisfied with the entire experience I want to cancel my membership and avoid the installment payments, but just like the scammers they are it’s impossible. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone.

Everything was easy !!! The dr called via zoom the next day and four days later my dog took his first dose of his medication . I love that I can track his order from beginning to end !
