Dr Booke was thorough and kind. She took time to listen to my concerns and went over everything with me. She is a great vet, and it’s very obvious she loves what she does. I’ve been using Dutch for over a year now and I’ve never been happier. I recommend this service to everyone!

This company is super easy to work with and very affordable. Taking a dog and 4 cats to the vet just for flea meds was very stressful. Dutch fixed that for me. I've been getting flea meds through them for 4 months now. Fleas are gone and animals are happy. Definitely recommend this company!

I don't have a lot of time in my life so when my dog started developing a skin allergy using Dutch and talking to one of their qualified vets was super easy. She prescribed just what my dog needed to get better I will definitely continue to use them

My Sr dog has allergies. Because of her size (125 lbs), taking her to the vet is a very stressful day for her. I was able to get her allergy relief without having to lift her into the vehicle.

They make you prepay for service, and do not refund you if they don’t have vets available. I paid $50 and got nothing - and they didn’t refund me! Not even a doctor chat- let alone a prescription for tic I was looking for. Isn’t that nuts? I asked about vet availability and why there were no spots open - at all - and someone said they’d open them and they’d let me know. Shocker, they never did. Total SCAM. I went to FUZZY HEALTH and actually got an appointment THE SAME DAY and the meds I needed EDIT: theyve now contacted trust pilot to flag this review as FAKE and are trying to take it down. This leads me to believe this scam is being pulled on so many others - and the reviews are deleted. I attempted to contact them again for a refund and asked about this. EDIT 3: see their reply? no mention of how they stole my money and rendered no services. just trying to remove reviews on a technicality. give me my money back, Dutch, or you are definitely SCAMMERS. I’ve been asking for my money back for MONTHS.

Hi Maghie, we did not flag this review as fake but we did flag your language since our business is not a scam. We're sorry you had issues and we always intend to help our customers but we are not at all a business intended to scam people.

Easy to get an appointment, vet gave quick, helpful, and easy to understand advice. The medicine is helping, and I think he was right about her having separation anxiety, which he figured out in about 60 seconds. I think she may also have some PTSD, but her prescription is helping. I'm already seeing some big changes.

This is a great website. it helps my dogs who just moved here to continue with their medications and cares, easily. The vets are informative and give me better understandings making our adjustments with our new environment easier. All can be done from home base. Thank you Dutch team!

They got back to us right away. The doctor that we talk to online was empathetic and very helpful. The medicine that we got for our cat worked well and it came in a reasonable amount of time.
