Don't use them!!!!! I'm low income and was trying to get help for my animals. They charged me for all the medications I already had just a few weeks after I'd gotten them. $100 down the drain.

I started a subscription for Dutch to get support for my old pup after just having moved to a new state where every veterinarian within a 50-mile radius wasn't accepting new clients at the time. By some stroke of luck, two days after having signed up for Dutch, I was able to get through to a local vet to get the support I needed. So I went into my account on dutch.com to cancel both the appointment that I had made and my account. Canceling was easy enough. But I figured that since I was only a "member" for two days and hadn't utilized any of the services offered to members, it would be a no-brainer that I could get a refund. The Customer Service Representative, Kat, was very clear that there's an "all sales are final" policy in their FAQs and I wouldn't be receiving a refund because that monthly fee goes towards website maintenance among other things. I asked if there could be an exception because it would mean a lot to me as I have a tight budget and the CSR working for this company which recently received a $20mm investment, offered me a $10 refund of the $25 I paid. Ridiculous. I don't care how good the service is. I can't support a company so unreasonable in caring for their customers, hence my 1/5 star review.

Was able to receive a quick appointment via Zoom, the vet had assessed my situation before appointment, asked questions and then made prognosis. Told what to do and look for. Excellent follow up via text message and taking time to answer additional questions or concerns. Highly recommend. Much less stress on the pet and pet parent as well. Excellent option for non-emergency cases.
