Hi Aletha, We sincerely regret to hear about your disappointment and want to clarify a few important points. At Dwelio, we are fully committed to delivering exactly what was promised — 20 connected leads annually. Our Success Team has been actively trying to reach you to assist and ensure you receive the value outlined in your agreement, but unfortunately, we have not been able to establish contact. We want to address your statement regarding a refund: no refund was ever promised from our side, and we must respectfully and firmly deny this claim. That said, we remain committed to honoring our agreement and ensuring you receive the connected leads you signed up for. We encourage you to get in touch with our Support Department so we can work with you directly to resolve this matter and move forward in delivering the results you deserve. Best Regards, Team Dwelio.

Hi Michael, We are truly sorry to hear about your experience and the frustration it has caused. Please know that it was never our intention for you to feel misled or unsupported. After reviewing your account, I can confirm that you still have connected leads provided by us, and while your request for a refund was carefully considered, it was not eligible under the terms of the agreement you signed with us. That being said, we take your feedback very seriously. We understand how important it is to receive timely results and clear communication, and we’re committed to improving in those areas. Regarding your concern about our reviews, I want to assure you that all of our reviews are 100% genuine and can be independently verified by contacting the individuals who shared them. We’d love the opportunity to make this right and restore your confidence in us. Our support department is available to walk through your account in detail, reactivate and prioritize your leads, and ensure you’re seeing the value you expected. Please reach out to us directly so we can work on a resolution together. Best Regards, Team Dwelio.
