With the new change in management I can say with confidence that DX Sabers is redeeming itself from the negative reputation it had from previous years. I had my first run-in with DX Sabers at the local comic con last year. Under previous management you would have had to go through the legal process to get what they owed you. With the current management I was able to talk to people who are reliable and sent me what I was owed for nearly a year which was a free mystery saber as compensation that the previous management promised due to their actions. Just like Darth Vader on the second Death Star they have redeemed themselves and you can now trust that you can shop without any worry.

I received a mystery saber as a gift that didn’t work upon opening, but was able to get it working with the help of customer support! Although I will admit that service was a bit slow. My saber also did not come with the necessary items to secure the blade to the hilt. This was also addressed by customer service, and they will be sending me the screws needed in the mail. My overall experience was a bit frustrating at times, but I got a pretty nice saber out of it, so I can’t complain.

I saw there sabers at the Pittsburg comic con I thought they looked really cool so I ordered on for my husband for Christmas. I’m giving them five stars because I know the product is quality and they have good deals going on their website. The only issue was shipping times being longer than expected but they responded to my emails and gave good customer service. The saber is on the way I’ll give an update when it arrives. Update: ordered this on dec 12 website says guaranteed before Christmas. Was also promised by customer service it would be delivered before Christmas. Turns out that’s not the case I won’t get my order until 3 days after Christmas single handedly ruining my surprise for my husband. Update: please stop contacting me DXsabers I do not wish to receive any more emails from you begging for five star reviews I was generous with four because you’re a small business in the one email you sent me you couldn’t even remember who the gift was for. You shipped my saber December 23 because I called and asked ups where it was in transit. Our business is done I told you I wasn’t going to be shopping with you again after the unkept promises and ignored emails. I never asked you to upgrade the saber I just wanted the one I ordered. So please stop contacting me it’s over and done with its January 12th move on. As a consumer I’m allowed to choose where I spend my money that is what capitalism is if you don’t like my review that’s fine but I don’t understand why a four star review upsets you. I wish you the best for your business but please leave me alone.

My order still says installation and testing underway so I can’t truly say the experience is perfect, but that may change once the saber gets here. Update: saber arrived and I’m in love with the quality. Shipping could stand to be a little shorter but the fact that every piece is customizable is fantastic. Will be ordering again.

Sent a lightsaber for an upgrade and after two years they only sent it back after I said I would take legal action if they didn't, which they labeled as "threats". Only sent the hilt back which they had stripped out and they then made me pay to ship the remaining parts back. Dx sent me a neopixel blade and a stand to make up for it, but a part sent back was the wrong part and some are missing, but they are trying to resolve this.

The end product is worth the wait. The price point is one of the least expensive.
