I've been a member for a number of years, but the experience has declined in recent months. Surveys take longer than stated, get kicked off just before you finish the survey so no credit. It is no longer worth my time and effort. Unethical company.

Unwanted and Persistent Phone Calls I am writing this review to express my extreme frustration with Dynata's persistent and unsolicited phone calls. Despite having my number registered on the National Do Not Call Registry, I continue to receive frequent calls from various numbers associated with this company. It is incredibly disruptive to be constantly interrupted by automated or market research calls, especially during work hours and evenings. I have attempted to opt out, yet the calls continue. If a company wants to maintain a professional reputation, they need to respect consumer privacy and make their opt-out process immediate and permanent. Please stop calling my number.

A Dynata representative asked me leading questions, provided me with false information about local political candidates and then asked me whether I would vote for those candidates based on their false information. When I had enough, I told her so and hung up. Then I got a second call from another rep who wanted to continue the survey. This company is corrupt and disgusting.

You folks are ridiculous. Calling from 100's of area code (734) numbers. I am on A DO NOT CALL list you stupid, idiots!!! Quit calling me!!! Years now! Unprompted review my ass! You prompt me daily calling 10× after 8pm.

DO NOT TAKE THEIR SURVEY. They don’t pay. They said 15 min survey for $50 it was 100 pages! And it’s been a week and no payment. Now they said they need to close the survey

I was attempting to complete a survey that Dynata was offering and the first question was are there any male or female children in my home under the age of 18? and ages 1-17 was listed for both sexes. And no other options to answer No . I just wonder why Dynata needs to know that? I find the phrasing of this question very strange and even unsettling.

First - e-rewards & Dynata are the same company. On Thursday 7/16/26 I got ripped off of someone claiming 2 gift cards, one for a $25 Apple Card and a $50 Macys card. Never once did anyone call me or send a message to my cell phone to validate. Immediately changed my password. Then sent a notice to the e-rewards people, never heard back. Then again on Sunday, with my new password in place, I got ripped off for 2 Macy’s gift cards. Total number of points ripped off so far is 480. Just ripped off again for 2 Macy’s gift cards 7/22, I keep changing my password, think they are getting in the back door of e-rewards. Again I notified e-rewards/Dynata and guess what, NO ANSWER!!! BTW Dyanta’s address is 4 Research Drive, Suite 300, Shelton, CT 06484 Their email, which you can figure out is taxdepartment at dynata dot com Please let them know your issues since their IT people don’t respond to problems.
