I’ve used e-file for the past 11 years
I’ve used e-file for the past 11 years. It’s easy, fast and free. I’ve never ever had an issue with my filing. It’s the only way I file my taxes

First Time User
This is the first time I've used e-file because the other companies were charging too much. It was easy and had fewer steps than the other companies but the downside was that they didn't inform me of when my refund would arrive. I still got it but not as much as I thought I would get. Thank you for providing an easier site for filing taxes.

I'm very glad you found our site easier to use and less expensive. The IRS attempts to process refunds in 21 days or less, but with recent staffing shortages many refunds have exceeded this. Rather than suggest the date which you can expect your refund, we suggest users monitor the status of their refund on the IRS website by going to https://www.irs.gov/refunds.
