I ordered a LG C5 OLED TV but they sent me some QNED TV instead and then emailed me saying that the TV i ordered is out of stock, but when i look on their website they have many of the C5's in stock as other duplicate articles but for a higher price then they say that its not the same TV, but it is and they refuse to send me the C5 TV. Now i Have to contact the European Consumer Centre (ECC). (Update) The good thing at least is that they reply fast via email.. Hopefully they can send me the correct TV as they have several in stock. Will update review when the case is closed.

Felaktig produktbeskrivning, vilket de medger. Vägrar kompensera fullt för utebliven hårddisk i produkt alt. skicka korrekt ersättningsprodukt. Avråder starkt från denna säljare.

Köp ALDERIG något från e-ville Köpte en 75 tum tv via CDON fick hem 32 tum istället. Skickade tillbaka och har ringt och mejlat fram och tillbaka men de vägrar skicka min tv och svara inte riktig på mitt mejl. Har kontaktat CDON de skickade oxå mejl till E-ville men fått inget svar. Det har gott 40 dagar sedan jag beställde fortfarande inte fått något tv. Riktig bedrägeri!!!!

Liars read mail below. Thieves. "Upon checking the tracking information, we noticed that the package has been directed to a local pickup point (ombud). For us to process your return and issue a refund, the package must be delivered directly to our return warehouse address. Please contact PostNord as soon as possible to request a delivery redirection to our full return address. If the package remains at the pickup point without being delivered to our warehouse, it will eventually be automatically returned back to you." Absolutely a scam of a company. I ordered two TVs- they don't work. They refuse to take them back unless I pay shipment and they are based in the middle of nowhere in Finland. Scam site , very poor customer service. Pay a little more and avoid them. * Finally after 18 emails I get instructions on how to return TV at a cost of 800kr - might as well be bssed in Mars - we shall see if I get any money back. Just to say additionally the Frame TV doesn't update from smart things but am trying to fix that here through Samsung after the customer service I experienced from the other TV. ** Not sure what you are saying. It cost me 800 kr to return via postnord. I tried to cancel product and was replied to 3 days later that it had been sent and I should order a new one and you would help me with the return. I ordered a new one - and they both arrived at the same time - basically the help.I got was it's your responsibility deal with it. Poor customer service. Still no refund for 4000 that the tv cost.

Köpte en Reolink Elite WiFi och den var överlägset billigast på e-ville.com, ca 6-700kr billigare. Leveransen gick fort och inga konstigheter med produkten. Nu en månad senare kan man dock få den en hundring billigare på kjell.se

Vi kan inte returnera denna produkt, då det kostar 445 kr till Polen. Vi kommer aldrig mer att handla på CDON då det är omöjligt att veta var varorna kommer ifrån, och vad en retur skulle kosta. Skulle inte heller rekommendera någon att göra det.

ända tråkiga är ingen kundtjänst man kan ringa. annars 10 av 10 beställde en samsung 98” leverans 3-4 dagar. den kom på prick 3 dagar direkt av samsungs fabrik. trevlig fraktkille som hjälpte in i hemnet då man inte kan bära den själv.
