Students aren’t learning anything
Students aren’t learning anything. Teachers just give them a pile of work that they never heard of.

We are sorry you feel that way. Our teachers present weekly live instruction, thoughtfully constructed learning materials, formative assessments and personalized feedback to facilitate student learning. If you need assistance, teachers and counselors are available to answer questions and address student and parent concerns.

Depending on who you need to contact
Depending on who you need to contact, you may never hear back, or continue to message someone, hoping to get a response. Others are great at getting back to me, and those people I greatly appreciate. Since this is all online, communication is key, and if you have to wait weeks and months for a response, that’s just ridiculous, and it’s happened for years now.

You are correct that communication is key, especially for online schools. The communication policy at eAchieve is that email and phone messages will be returned within one business day. There are certain times of the year when the sheer volume of calls and emails makes achieving that goal impractical, but we still endeavor to get back to people as quickly as possible. Please let us know more about your experience so we can figure out exactly what happened and how to fix it.

The Live Chat on eAchieve.com is monitored by an answering service, not eAchieve staff. Questions about classes, enrollment, tech support, etc. should be directed to your child's teacher or the school office where in most cases you will receive a reply within 24-hours.

Was not the best school option for my daughter! There is no structure or teaching. The way this school is set up to me could be better.

I am sorry to hear that your daughter did not have a good experience at eAchieve Academy. Every one of our high school classes has a Pace Chart that outlines everything students need to do each week. Teachers provide live direct instruction in the form of weekly online class sessions and are also available to answer students' questions via email, phone or one-on-one web conferences.

Would not recommend
There was a lack of communication between teachers and students. Very difficult navigating the curriculum. Unable to get one to one instruction. I would not recommend. Student to teacher ratio was ridiculous.

Thank you for the feedback. During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, eAchieve Academy experienced a significant influx of new students. In some cases, that situation resulted in higher than normal student/teacher ratios. As of September 1, 2021, we are back to normal staffing levels.
