Customer service is excellent. These are my first set of hearing aids. They have made a great improvement in my life.

I upgraded from the eargo6 to eargo7, the newest eargo system. The process was seamless. The newer technology improves handling of background sounds and other annoyances. eargo7 provided immediate awareness that the system is working. Support from the company has been excellent. I recommend a trial for anyone interested in getting hearing aids.

I ORIGINALLY BOUGHT THE EARGO 6 AIDS. THERE WERE GOOD THINGS ABOUT THEM BUT ALSO SOME NOT GOOD THINGS ABOUT THEM. WITH THAT SAID I DECIDED TO TRADE THE EARGO 6 AIDS FOR THE EARGO 7 AIDS. THE EARGO 7 AIDS HAVE BEEN GREAT. I AM BARELY INTO MY 45 TRIAL PERIOD, BUT I HAVE ALREADY DECIDED THAT I AM GOING TO KEEP THE 7 AIDS. THE THINGS I DIDN'T LIKE WITH THE EARGO 6 AIDS ARE GONE WITH THE EARGO 7'S. I HAVE NOT FOUND ANYTHING ABOUT THE EARGO 7 THAT I DON'T LIKE. MOST IMPORTANT IS THE FACT THAT MY FAMILY HAVE ALREADY TOLD ME HOW HAPPY THEY ARE WITH MY HEARING AIDS. I NO LONGER SAY WHAT TO ALMOST EVERYTHING THAT IS SAID THE FIRST TIME. I AM HEARING THEM MUCH EASIER AND THEY DON'T HAVE TO KEEP REPEATING THEMSELVES. I WOULD WHOLEHEARTEDLY RECOMMEND THE EARGO 7 HEARING AIDS TO ANYONE INTERESTED. YOU WON'T REGRET IT.

I purchased Eargos and initially I was impressed but then I had to replace them on warranty soon after when one of them was dysfunctional. After the replacement they were okay for a short time but then it just seemed they were too buggy. There was always an issue. They are very delicate and not good for harsh environments. They were constantly giving me issues. One notable issue is not being able to drive with windows down. If you do, you get to hear the recording switching levels due to the wind percussion yet if I wanted to change the level myself, I had to slap myself up side the head a few times and hopefully the level would change. Nice try Eargo but no cigar. I hope you benefited from my $2500.00 donation. I bought a $200.00 pair through Amazon and these things put Eargo to shame.

My experience with Eargo 7 has been excellent. Very professional and helpful associates and appropriate management of my expectations. The product has exceeded my expectations. All the videos and written material is very good. Devices are easy to use, comfortable, and invisible. I have been using them for over a month and no one has yet to notice. My hearing has been restored to the extent that I no longer struggle to follow dialog. Not in person or at the movies or TV. Love these things.

My Eargo 7s have made an incredible difference in my life. I can't imagine being without them now. No more constantly asking someone what they said several times. AND they are PROGRAMMABLE, almost invisible, so I feel confident wearing them. Easy to care for, tiny in size, I can't say enough good things.

I am a relatively new user of the Eargo6. I must say these hearing aids are great. I have used others and finally decided to try the Eargo6. A great experience, so easy to use and they really do work. The customer service at this company is one of the best I have the experience to deal with. All this and all from your own home. No doctor trips, just pick up the phone.

I was in the Market for hearing aids and have had Eargo max hearing aids since 2018 but they needed to be updated so I contacted Eargo and all my questions were answered about the Eargo 6 and 7 hearing aids. I ordered Eargo 7 and they were shipped quickly and work as well as they said they would love the self fit option and they work great also have had excellent follow-up to make sure they were working well and answer any question I have
