BUT>>> One must insert our (soft and mouldable Beeswax ear plug so that it ((( SEALS ))) the ear canals completely. ONLY THEN will you hear SILENCE!!!!! The tackiness in the ear plug is PURE LANOLIN and it is imparted in the ear plug to make the ear plug stay securely in the ear canal. It's a good tackiness. JS, we won't abandon you. Whoa Robert! Your review is completely FALSE! The ear plug we sent you is surely NOT DEFECTIVE. In fact, it is rated by over 6 million daily wearers as the BEST PRODUCT as an ear plug; and being an honorable company, we invite ALL comments whether they be positive or negative reviews. Robert, the reviews that freely come in are "overwhelmingly" very positive. How untrue to say that we refuse any refunds. Again, that too is completely untrue. Dear Lorraine: They would have PERFORMED & EXCEEDED your EXPECTATIONS>> IF>>>you had inserted them CORRECTLY; to where they (( SEALED )) your ear canals.!!!!!!!!! Lorraine, IT WILL BLOCK OUT (( ALL )) HIS SNORING!!! I too wear this exact ear plug every night to block out my husband's snoring. It works wonderfully, and it is the HIGHEST BLOCKING (most sound suppressing) ear plug in existence; but to experience the superior performance, you must follow (exactly), the preparation and insertion directions below, and you will then see why almost all the testimonials on our website page are so positive and (BEST OF ALL), they are completely true and accurate. Lorraine, please give this fine ear plug a chance to show you how superior it blocks out!!! 1. Just as you are about to insert, take ONE ear plug and {work it or knead it} thoroughly between your fingers or hands for at least 20 seconds to make it soft, mouldable and to disburse the Pure Lanolin throughout the ear plug. BUT>>>> it has to be inserted (( CORRECTLY )) so that it (( SEALS )) your ear canals !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! TP, please follow the instructions below and you will be pleasantly SHOCKED. You'll hear nothing but SILENCE !!! 1. The very first time that the ear plugs are prepared for insertion, you take ONE ear plug at a time and (knead it or work it) thoroughly through your fingers or hands for at least 15 seconds to make it soft, mouldable and to disburse the pure Lanolin throughout the ear plug. 2. Now that it is mouldable, use the tip of your index finger and (push and flatten) the ear plug somewhat (firmly), IN & AGAINST your ear canal, until you feel a good SEAL.
