Very nicely worded, extremely quick responses to placing orders or inquiring about what's going on with deliveries not happening after 1 month, 2 months. But you seem to get nothing, not even dead seeds. Refunded shipping, but it's the only promise kept. It's a collect-and-ghost scheme from what I can tell. 0 stars if possible.

On the positive side, on the one occasion I received the correct product the seeds were very viable and are growing quite well. However, a second order contained the wrong seeds in the correct packaging. Company did not respond to emails until I threatened to leave a negative review. Then they replaced the incorrect order with half the quantity of again incorrectly labeled product. Again, emails ignored until threats sent. This time they acknowledge the problem, promised to make it right, then ghosted me from there out. Don't do business with this company unless you're feeling extremely lucky! Update 07/06/2026. After numerous contacts with the company, they refunded my order that contained the incorrect product.

Terrible efficiency. I had to wait a month for my creeping thyme and even when I planted the seed, nothing germinated. Maybe because it was too late, which is earthwise's fault as they were not on time at all but I had to plant. I received creeping charlie TWO MONTHS after I ordered, and now it is too late to plant it. I was also promised I would receive a refund on the shipping. That never happened. Poorly run company and now I suspect the product is poor as well.

Seeds did not germinate despite following instructions. Customer service is abysmal at best and then they quit responding. DO NOT BUY from this company

I received a notification that the label was created. Then nothing for 5 weeks. I corresponded with customer service via email and repeatedly was given assurance that they would prioritize the order and it will go out soon. That never happened. After enough of the generic emails back, I asked to cancel the order twice and get a refund. They said I would be refunded within 2 business days, but that never happened and my emails about were ignored. Finally I asked my bank to reverse the charge. They refunded me but needed to contact the company. I finally received an email from the company that said they would accept the chargeback. What really bothers me is that I saw an ad on TV still pushing a product that they are unable to fulfill.

I ordered the creeping Thyme. The first 2; first was curleytop knotweed. The replacement was also Curleytop knotweed. I got the 3rd replacement. This oregano. I would prefer a refund. This has been going on since Feb. wonder what they will send me next. The grass seed doesn’t appear to be drought resistant

Seeds did not sprout and they signed me up for recurring order without my knowledge.

25 lbs of low grow mix planted on freshly dethatched lawn with cow manure/compost dressing and daily manual watering. Almost none of it has germinated 6 weeks later. Waste of money and time. Now have to wait until fall to try overseeding. Will not be dealing with this company again.
