We had an oil leak and got two estimates, one from a Ford dealership, the other from our local auto repair shop, which was half the price. Our auto repair shop manager said he wasn’t familiar with EasyCare so I gave him the contact info. Upon picking up our car the next day, the shop manager said calling EasyCare to get the authorization went timely and smooth, and the shop received payment very quickly. So we’re very pleased with our first time use of EasyCare!
