Support is great. Oleksander is a great agent! The service is good... but I'd like the ability to use my own caching plugins instead of the default. Sites can run a little more slowly than I'd like - even when optimized. I'd like the managed Wordpress solution for "power users" (marketed as EasyWP Turbo) to compete with Kinsta.

Hello, Thank you for your detailed feedback on our services and support. We appreciate hearing feedback from our clients. We estimate this as a space for development and professional growth to deliver the best customer service experience further. The EasyWP plugin was built from the ground up, both to be compatible with our Cloud platform powering EasyWP and to make your WordPress websites faster. It has three levels of advanced caching (Varnish, Opcache, Redis object cache), delivering much faster performance than many of the traditional WordPress caching plugins. In this article you can check more details about our EasyWp cache: https://www.namecheap.com/support/knowledgebase/article.aspx/10015/2279/easywp-plugins-cache-plugin-seo-plugin-and-blocked-plugins/#ewpplgn Unfortunately, it is not possible to disable or modify the caching for your EasyWP website due to EasyWP server architecture. If such an option doesn't work for you, we suggest moving the website to Shared hosting, which offers more flexibility in terms of caching plugins and website optimization: https://www.namecheap.com/hosting/shared/ If our Live Support may be of any assistance for you, we are happy to help anytime at https://support.namecheap.com/. Best regards, Namecheap team.

It was my bad for reaching support too lately and trying to face all issues all by myself. In fact, this kind of hosting (the wp host by Easywp) clearly, doesn't work without a properly setup SSL. They replied super fast, are very engaged and easy to communicate with. It was my greatest experience so far with a customer support. Now my site works smoothly and the app is exactly as described. Fast, secure and easy! Keep it up 💪🏼❤
