My website is so much easier to navigate now, and I'm not even tech-savvy and I can update it. People can find my podcasts, podcast features I've been on, and I can blog post. I absolutely love what EasyWP has done to my site.

They responded (as usual) immediately and answered my question promptly.

The website builder is not as easy to use as claimed. There's no live support.

Two months of going back and forth with customer support, who isn't able to solve a problem that keeps occurring. Really disappointed, and yes, I'm migrating.

This service is very difficult to use, for example you cannot get help without entering all your domains and id's and then also a customer service PIN ? Why would they jot be able to pull your accounts by name and email? I THINK it is meant to be deliberately difficult ie. you can't just cancel either, back to all your info, services, a special PIN. Also they do try to add services, and the price keeps changing. I have gotten 2 price change notices in 2 weeks. I seem to get 1 or 2 emails a day about it. If I ever get it all cancelled I would not sign up again for those reasons. I HATE being pushed around when I want something or to cancel something.

Just a bad all round experience. Migration was problematic as their support team changed the effective domain name during restoration meaning a load of internal links broke and their support staff could only offer to restore again which would have meant us losing sales that had happened since. Then the website even with a turbo subscription was slow and sluggish. Their CDN also means that changes propagate slowly and inconsistently so you make a change and it seems to take ages, or deleting media shows the media deleted then it re-appears. In the end we lost all confidence in EasyWP and migrated back to our old server, since then visits to our website have increased and we can work on updates more confidently.

Worst hosting. I have the highest plan of theirs and guess what? Their downtime is over 30 hours a month. I usually don't feel this disappointed with hostings but this company is just worst. - their server always keeps showing 504. O mean c'mon ! How can you be performing so "cheap" like your own name? - Support is worst - Don't get lured by their discount, they are selling u cheap product ( far worse than any simple hosting of under 2 dollar a Month) at much higher rates. Just boycott this type of companies.

This is a low-quality company. Low-quality product and vomit-inducing support assistants. Please spend your money elsewhere.
