I cancelled my order and even received confirmation from them that the order was cancelled but haven't received a refund to my debit card.

I should had read the reviews before buying with them. I bought a bag for a trip after they charge me and couple day after they decided to send an email, advising that the bag was now out of stuck. No inventory control + Bag still showing available in the website. would not be visiting this site again.

Bought bag and ripped on first use but since is was more than 30 days since the order (about 45 days), they will not accept a return and are making me deal with manufacturer. Recommend you deal with local or on-line vendors who will stand behind the products they sell and not refuse to take back a defective product. Should have just bought from Amazon.

I've spent over 700usd on a single order with multiple SKUs. To their credit 4/6 of my bags did arrive. However they sent me a single travelpro 29" instead of 2 bags namely the travelpro 25" and 21". So I am still missing 2 bags and have a wrong bag in hand . Also I have been charged fully for these bags and they still haven't gotten back to me on the status for weeks now. Ridiculous after they take your money , there is no remorse or rectification. Edit: Thanks for processing my refund and I had further ordered another 2 bags from you guys, but one came in the wrong colour .....sigh...... . Just too tedious to process another exchange whilst also losing money because of the exchange rate cut that you guys process. I've changed the rating to two star because although things got processed it took a two months ordeal to get a solution and even when I made a new order, a wrong colour was sent again. Hopefully your ordering system and supply chain management software improves. But appreciate the response Best regards.

I placed an order with ebags 12 days ago and the item, which was shown as in stock, has still not shipped, and the company can still not give me an update of when it will ship. Because it has taken so long, I contacted them to cancel the order, and despite three calls to customer service in the last three days, ebags has still yet to be able to confirm whether the order can be canceled. To have this level of ineptitude from an online retailer in this day and age is appalling. I obviously will never be buying from them again and will tell anyone I can find to never use ebags.

Dont buy here they just want your money bought an 28' roller bag for over $100 and received a fanny pack they were more worried about the return of a fanny pack then getting me the right item now they want their bag back before I can get a refund. Oh and they could have fixed their mistake be decided they did not want to pay the shipping to get it here in time. Dont buy here

Order an item that it promises will arrive in 5 days. On the 6th day, it still has not even shipped. 3 contacts into customer service. No one promises to expedite or even upgrade shipping. They don't even know when or if it will ship. I order it from Amazon that day. 3 minutes later I get an email with a shipping tracking number. Ok. That's an easy choice. Do not order ebags unless you want to waste your time waiting, waiting, waiting. If you want it in 2 days, Amazon.

Don't believe the prices they advertise on their website. I tried to order a "Steal of the Week" and received a confirmation e-mail, a receipt and my CC was charged. The next day I got an e-mail saying the price was wrong and would not sell it to me for the price advertised. Don't bother with these scammers.
