It is highly unusual to talk to the founder of the company, but Fred is always available. His knowledge and his team's experience is invaluable for navigating the e-commerce landscape. My team here at Heritage House Gifts, LLC highly recommends this company for ANYTHING related to e-commerce, especially Amazon. Steve Jackson, Owner Heritage House Gifts, LLC Perrysburg, Ohio

I met with Fred from eComCatalyst. He was awesome. Straightforward, sincere and interested. I'm not sure my company is good fit for ECC but I'd happily recommend them to someone else who might be a better fit.
