It was easy to create interesting emails by FeedbackFive. Compared with flat e-mails so far, I got quite a lot of customer reviews.

Decent for the price. Wish the email notifications for feedback/poor product reviews came faster. Wish they had an AB testing system. Email templates could stand an overhaul. But, you get what you pay for.

Love that FeedbackFive is set it and forget and the price is really reasonable. Just wish that the notifications for neutral or negative reviews got to me quicker. By the time I get the text message, my team has already dealt with the matter.
