Alex is a total rock-star with helping companies and start-ups navigate the best way to obtain merchant processing. We are very much grateful for his efforts and look forward to working with Him for all our merchant services needs.

It does take quite a bit of time for approval if you are in the high-risk pool and the rolling reserves together with the G2 crawler at $150 per month charges are excessive. It makes you wonder what is the risk that the merchant account really have when they are making more than 3% per transaction and crippling your receivables along with additional operational expenses. But regardless that's the cost of doing business these days. Otherwise, Alex Roy and Paul Davies were great communicators and solved my problem. Thank you, Guys!

Our experience with Alex has always been very positive. Whenever we have had any questions his responses have been prompt and helpful. When we first entered into the world of E-commerce it seemed overwhelming but Alex's expertise and availability has made us feel secure.

Alex gets a 5 star rating for his perseverance in getting us some very good processing rates with a reliable merchant bank. Not only that but Alex is assisting us in the growth of our business by negotiating better terms including increased volume and higher transaction limits.
