Since 2014, ecommerceChris has been helping Amazon Sellers reinstate their accounts and ASINs on Amazon. Chris and his team of former Amazonians are here to make sure your appeal will succeed. We’re experts at what we do because we worked inside of Amazon Seller Performance, assessing Seller’s appeals and deciding who should get reinstated.Have us take over your appeal, or review your plan of action to ensure it’s ready to be sent. Or have as review your account to identify possible issues before Amazon takes action against you.

The team at ECommerceChris is amazing. They were able to get a highly regulated ASIN of ours live on Amazon for sale when all other methods we previously used failed. Their follow-up and follow through is amazin. I would highly recommend their services.

After 2+ months of fighting Amazon on my own & with another agency, I engaged ecommercechris, specifically partnering with Leah, and had positive results in just over two weeks. Through multiple rejections without information, Leah continued to pivot strategies and target people until we had a resolution. I would highly recommend it if you're in an Amazon bind!

After my Amazon listing was suspended for over a month due to restricted keywords, I tried everything—Seller Support, Account Health, escalations, flat file uploads—you name it. But nothing worked, and I couldn’t even update the listing because it was already suspended. Just when I was about to give up, I decided to give EcomChris a try. I had the pleasure of working with Leah, and it was the best decision I made. As soon as we implemented the changes she suggested, my listing was reinstated! But it didn’t stop there. My inventory had also been incorrectly marked as "defective" due to the restriction issue, making it unsellable and at risk of disposal. Leah guided me through an escalation process that finally reached the right team, and thanks to her, my inventory was reclassified as sellable. Leah went above and beyond—resolving not just the listing suspension but also saving thousands in inventory. I can’t recommend EcomChris enough for anyone facing ASIN restrictions. Thank you again, Leah!

Chris is definitely the guy you want on your side when it comes to working on any sort of Amazon appeal and having a light when caught in the Amazon darkness. Highly recommend!

It took longer than we hoped but ultimately Chris and his team got our account reactivated again. I'm not sure it would have happened without their help. We struggled for several weeks trying to get our account reactivated before reaching out to ecommercChris. It took them just under 2 weeks. We are very happy to get back to selling!

I thought I would never sell on the Amazon Platform again. My account was suspended in May 2024. After several unsuccessful appeals and escalations, I reached out to Chris. After three months of generic responses from Amazon, Chris and Emily used their expertise to find another avenue to reach the Amazon Team. It was unbelievable. Chris and Emily worked hard to resolve my issue. Thank you, Chris and Emily. I will forever be grateful to you guys.
