Do not order from this company! I ordered 2 products totaling in over $300. 10 days later and still no communication from them that my order was shipped. I emailed their customer service with no response, then tried to live chat on their website and my chat kept ending before I could get anyone to chat with. I finally called their customer service 1-800 number and was told that they could not tell me when my order would even be shipped out. Not even an approximate date. I could have been waiting for months! I don't understand how a company like this could even be in business. So terrible! Don't ever order from here!

We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand your frustration. Waiting for an order without receiving clear communication or an estimated shipping date is not the experience we want for our customers. We have been experiencing a significantly higher volume of emails and calls than usual, which has unfortunately caused longer response times. Additionally, our live chat is currently offline. We understand how frustrating this can be, especially when you’re simply trying to get an update on your order. We would greatly appreciate the opportunity to look into your order and see how we can assist. If you could provide your order number, we would be happy to have a representative review the status and reach out to you directly with an update and the available options. You may also reach us directly, and one of our Customer Care representatives would be happy to assist you. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 9 PM ET and Saturday and Sunday from 9 AM to 7 PM ET.

Ordered products in August.. it’s October and I still have not received them. Had to dispute with my bank. The day after I disputed the claim they magically shipped out my order. I will requesting return or refusing shipment. I want my money back. PAY THE EXTRA MONEY AND SHOP ELSEWHERE!! They delete comments about missing items on their social media, this website is Absolutely a SCAM

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry for any frustration or inconvenience. While, a financial claim does not determine when an order ships, but we understand how the timing may have raised concerns. If you no longer wish to keep your order, our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee allows us to assist with a return. We’d also be happy to review your order details and address any questions or concerns directly. Please reach out to with your order number, and we’ll be happy to look into this for you. Our Customer Care team is available Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 9 PM EST and Saturday and Sunday from 9 AM to 7 PM EST.
