Skinceuticals products were 2 months old (great) but Byredo products were over 3 years old (bad) which for these candles causes tunneling, etc. Not an authorized Byredo retailer. Fast Shipping is advertised but orders are shipped with the slowest USPS option available. It’s a hit or miss…

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m truly sorry to hear about your experience and that we did not meet your expectations. Please know that all of the products we sell are brand new and 100% authentic. We take great care in sourcing and handling our items to ensure their quality. We also stand behind our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee—if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return the items for a refund. Regarding shipping, I completely understand how important timely delivery is. Our standard shipping timeframe is 2–8 business days, depending on the shipping destination and carrier transit times. While we do our best to ensure orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible, there can occasionally be unexpected delays that are unfortunately beyond our control. We understand your frustration, and one of our representatives has reached out directly regarding a resolution. Our team is available via email, chat, or phone. Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. EST, and Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST.
