I had an issue with my very first order with a discount not being applied. I emailed customer service and they were so gracious and even corrected the issue, followed up by another 25% off coupon. Excellent customer service! Wish ALL companies treated their customers like this. Keep up the great work!

Horrible customer service. Ecosmetics is selling counterfeit products, especially Skinceuticals
