I ordered a Skinceuticals product that was sold out everywhere else. The shipment was fast and I was very satisfied with the transaction. The one wrinkle to this is that I subsequently learned from Skinceuticals website that ecosmetics is not one of their authorized distribution partners. This worries me a little but I’ll go ahead and use the product.

So I purchased two Dior Lip Oil's for my daughter and a friend for Christmas. I received the shipment. One was included the second was just the box, no oil. IDK if someone returned it without the product or what. Reached out to E-Cosmetics. I was told they were shipped and this was very worrying. Basically I WAS LYING! I have no reason to lie about this!!! I thought this would be a simple fix! Boy was I wrong! First and last time I will use E-Cosmetics! BUYER BEWARE!
