I found a product that it was difficult to find in US, not even Amazon has it. Kerastase Genesis – Anti Hair-Fall Fortifying Serum. Thanks

First of: never received a notification/email my package was delivered. Not that big of a deal. Then: package was intact, however one of the items/cream’s container had already been open- the seal was visibly broken! Another item’s container clearly says on it “FREE SAMPLE. NOT FOR SALE”! Why am I paying $16 for a free sample!? I emailed the customer service, they completely ignored my concern about the opened item, and provided some lame explanation for selling free samples. Overall terrible first experience, not shopping here ever again!

Thank you for reaching out to our customer care department regarding this issue. We sincerely apologize that your experience did not meet expectations. We understand your concerns regarding the condition of one of the items and regret that our previous communication did not fully address everything you brought to our attention. If you still have the items, we'd be happy to assist you with a return in accordance with our return policy. The item you ordered says "not for sale" on the packaging, as most sample-size products are marked this way since they cannot be sold separately. However, we completely understand your concerns and can assure you that customer satisfaction is important to us. An email was sent earlier in response to you, and a representative has reached out again to assist you further and quickly resolve this matter. Please feel free to contact us as well. We are open Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST, and from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. EST on Saturday and Sunday.

It's really easy to use and products that I would buy in the store anyway just made it easier and I didn't have to get out
