Thank you so much for sharing your experience! We’re thrilled to hear that your Gladiolus bulbs arrived promptly, germinated well, and grew beautifully. We’re very sorry that the colors you received weren’t the Pink Haze Mix you ordered. While the bulbs arrive prepackaged from our grower, we understand how disappointing it is when what blooms isn’t what you were expecting. We’re glad our customer service team was able to respond quickly and provide store credit, and we truly appreciate your understanding. We hope you’ll find something special to use it toward for your garden!

We completely understand your frustration regarding the “Ships in Spring” timeframe, particularly given the summer temperatures in your area and your upcoming travel plans. Seasonal shipping windows can vary based on product type, planting conditions, and location. We also understand how disappointing it was to learn that the package was already in transit when you contacted us. We hope we have the opportunity to restore the confidence you’ve had in Eden Brothers over the years. Please reach out to our Customer Service at [email protected] with your name, email address, and order number so we can locate your account. Thank you again for your continued support and for giving us the opportunity to learn from your experience.

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience. The germination results you described, along with not receiving a response after reaching out to our customer service team, are not the level of product or service we want any customer to experience. We’d really appreciate the opportunity to look into this further and understand what happened. Could you please reach out to us at [email protected] with your order number? We’d also like to know which seed varieties were affected so our team can investigate both the germination concerns and your previous attempts to contact us. We take feedback like this seriously and would like the opportunity to make this right. Thank you for bringing it to our attention.
