Positive experience with Editage
Good day. The magazine in which I wanted to publish my article required language proofreading, so I turned to Editage. To my surprise, everything was very professional and quite fast. The price is relatively high, but I value people's work.

The service is excellent.
The service is excellent. Even when we encountered some payment troubles, the personels kindly did their best. If I address one thing, at that time of the payment trouble, if the mail communication can be done in Japanese, the process should be much more prompt, I felt. But I understand that this is more than we can expect. So except that point, I rate 5-stars, and says the service is great.

Great satisfaction with the service
I did two rounds of English proofreading last week and this week. While I was happy with both, I'm particularly pleased with the second round I did this week. I like to compare the results of proofreading with my original manuscript, and this time, I felt that the sentences were more concise and the meaning was clearer. The editor also made a lot of notes on the organization of the paper and useful expressions, which I can use in the future when I write a new paper.

I use the premium service
I use the premium service, which is free the second time. I was very impressed that language editors did things I didn't ask for, like making writing suggestions on article highlights and editing my citation list to meet the journal's requirements.
