I never received my order. Money was taken from my account but never received my meds

Timely manner

Only received part of my order. When I contacted them the “customer service” person responded in a snotty way repeatedly saying I had to contact my bank to see what they had charged me and “don’t you have a personal doctor?” Turns out one of my meds had not been cleared by the reviewing doctor…of which they never informed me and just filled my partial order. The customer service person was insulting and snotty and delivered a couple of lectures. I ordered from them for years. Never again. There are better and cheaper “service” operations. This one needs to clean up their act. Especially their customer service people. And when they decline a medical approval they should let you know.

Fast and convenient

Excellent service…. One somewhat of an annoyance… if I am ordering 90 pills, can you please put them in a simple bottle container instead of three daily punch outs of 30 pills each. I would be indebted. Thanks
