I did one filing and was happy with the support I received. I wanted to complete the next steps and emailed support about it. There was some misunderstanding about the email I was contacting them at and it was rectified. I am continuing using them for the next step. Being 40 years in the business, they know their stuff really well. I made mistakes on entering data, but their process makes helpful suggestions that helped me fix the entries.

Great customer service

Highly recommend Eezyimport. They are true to their name. Was in a bind trying to figure out the complicated import process for the first time. I called a support rep and they talked me through everything seamlessly. The website is great as well. They also saved me thousands on what some other import company was going to charge me.

At first, it is a bit hard to navigate through because this was my first time. I think after speaking to the customer service rep, it is fairly straight forward. It will take sometime for me to get used to it.

FedEx is dis-jointed and their communication is practically non-existent. We will be using eezyimport from here on out.

I had no idea how to file an ISF and Eezyimport walked me through the whole process. Approval was minutes!

Ease,efficiency and support when needed was fantastic. The only thing to be aware of is not to use ACH if filing is urgent.
