Positive management of the account cancellation procedure
I was in contact with Stefan today for the cancellation of my account. (nothing wrong with the service offered, just in 2 months I haven't basically accessed the tool) Stefan was very professional and helpful in handling my request. asked how I found the eFax service, understood my requirements, offered to extend the access for one month for free (in order to retain the Customer, smart move!) He managed the whole cancellation very swiftly, truly satified with the whole process. Regards Enrico
