Was a great service and I would have continued the service, but it ran into conflict with my company's policy. Lyra assisted me via the chat option and was MOST helpful and courteous.

Very easy to setup and use
Very easy to setup and use. Support was also great, especially Cherry. In these difficult times, she understood our situation, didn't try to press continuation, offered an option to extend out trial for free until things changed and then processed our cancellation quickly and efficiently when we chose not to extend. Highly recommend.

Pagamenti per servizio non reso, impossibile chiudere account
Nonostante abbia chiesto la cancellazione dl mio account dopo il periodo di prova e abbia ricevuto via mail risposta positiva dal servizio clienti, mi sono state recapitate due fatture di 18 euro ciascuna a distanza di un mese una dall'altra pur non avendo più fruito del servizio. Non riesco neppure ad entrare nel mio account perché "temporaneamente sospeso" nonostante continuino a chiedere pagamenti. Servizio pessimo. Chiedo di essere immediatamente contattato dal servizio clienti

Non riesco a mandare il fax a Iliad e vorrei chiudere il servizio subito ho mandato due email di disdetta. Elisa Tomaselli stamattina ho avuto una pronta risposta nel week end gli uffici non lavorano e la mia disdetta è stata accolta. Grazie ed alla prossima
