#58949968 Elizabeth was very,very helpful. I had lost my debit card which was how my pymnt was being debited and did not realized my payment was due while I was waiting for my new card to come. (I was also out of town) She got my payment taken care of and was very pleasant. Im big on customer service and she gets an A+ in my book. Thanks again!

I signed up for the "Free Trial". I could never get the program to work and canceled within an hour of sign-up. My "free trial" cost me $199.90 which I am told may or may not be reimbursed in 10 days or so. UPDATE: Still waiting on refund. Now being told their 5-10 business day refund is actually longer than that and remains unclear if they are going to send me anything - still in "determination" phase.

I had the problem of not getting the fax, which let to the annulment of our contract with eFax. Elizabet was kind enough to help redress all the aspects we shown and cancelled the contract. Likewise, after the experience with her I was told to receive the full payback of the services within 10 business days. Up to now the experience was great and Elizabeth was truly helpful.
