Superb service and price

Ordered and paid for my varifocal glasses on 11th April. Arrived today 22nd April. Total of £85 inc varifocal, photochromic lens. Incredible price and value. Decent case, large cleaning cloth came with. Only criticisms are - can't store my prescription on my account. Clunky website that isn't letting me enter positive values on left and right lens spheres when trying to place another order (yes I'm that impressed) today. Customer services emails don't always come signed off by a person or addressed to myself, so far. Great glasses, average website. But tbh, at £85, am I upset? No! Nearest other opticians in UK that I used last cost me £255... And take the same amount of time to have them ready! EFE Glasses are cheaper than having an old pair reglazed! Reviews on their own site seem a little dubious since despite now having an account I don't see a way to review the style I actually bought... 🤔
