This program has genuinely helped me so much with my soccer journey. Since joining Forge, I’ve improved not only my soccer skills, but also my confidence, strength, knowledge of the game, and overall mindset as a player. Joe and Salua have been amazing and always take the time to answer my questions and help me whenever I need guidance. Whether I have questions about my training schedule, games, exercises, or anything else related to soccer, they are always willing to help and give me advice. I really appreciate how supportive and encouraging they are. The mental training videos have helped me a lot with my confidence. They taught me how important the mental side of soccer is, helped me understand the game better, and encouraged me to set personal goals and keep working toward them. I’ve learned that becoming a better player isn’t only about what you do on the field, but also about how you think and approach the game. The physical training sessions have also helped me become stronger and improve my fitness. I can feel the difference in my body compared to when I first started. The soccer programs have helped me become more comfortable with the ball, improve my control and technique, and feel more confident during training and games. One thing I really appreciate about Forge is that it feels like more than just a training program. It has given me structure, motivation, and guidance while I continue developing as a player. I started my soccer journey later than a lot of people, so having a program that helps me understand what I should work on and gives me the tools to improve has meant a lot to me. I’m still working toward my goals and know I have a lot more to improve, but I can genuinely see the progress I’ve made since starting. I’m very thankful for everything Joe and Salua have done and for all the support they’ve given me throughout my journey. Thank you for creating such an amazing program and for helping me become a stronger, more confident, and more knowledgeable soccer player! ⚽️🫀

The Efford Elite program covers everything thing a footballer needs to reach the top level. Starting from Technical, physical, tactical, mental training, injury prevention, finding opportunities and so many other things. I would highly recommend this program to anyone who wants to improve and take their game to the next level. Also, Joe is always active in the community and offering guidance and any questions a player has. Honestly, is the best thing I have purchased 🙌
