Highly unprofessional - can't keep appointments let alone commitments
They had been reaching out to us as a potential 3pl provider for months. We just naturally assumed they'd done their homework, so I finally picked a time slot to talk to Melissa Melgoza from their team. Within a day, the appointment was cancelled. Melissa told me she would unfortunately not be available, so she had to cancel. Happens. I emailed her right back asking if she had a preferred date/time preference I could try to work on with her Calendly. No response. So a week later, I setup another appointment. This would be yet another week later. A few hours before the appointment she cancels because " am writing to sincerely apologize, as I noticed that your boots are over our $250 wholesale value limit. I unfortunately did not catch this until now, as your inquiry was recently transferred to me from a previous Sales representative. It appears this detail was missed during the initial quote and follow-up process about six months ago. Because we won't be able to move forward, I will be cancelling our call scheduled for tomorrow. " A. I don't even know how they know the wholesale prices of my products based on a public website. B. I don't know how they presume to know my use case. C. She cancelled without even asking me a question or clarifying with me after wasting hours of back-and-forth time. Extremely unprofessional, which for the 3PL space is already a low bar. I am just glad I didn't sign up with them.
