The price was right for the Koken tools I bought and I appreciated how quick customer service got back to me, but my main issue has to do with the site. Both of the tools I ordered were on back order and it wasn't listed on the site as on back order. When I was told they were on back order, I offered to switch my purchase to a Koken ratchet on the site, but they also said that too...was on back order.

The fact that they replaced the product that came was destroyed and could not be used. Thanks for your help.
