After assembly my bike doesn’t work. It will only flash on and off reading error code 2. I need I new battery considering the instance voltage drop.

Missing the button panel to turn the thing on.. read the manual front to back numerous times and there is no power button anywhere. I thought maybe I was bugging out but the manual says there's supposed to be a power button on the left side of the handle bars, and there isn't. And the battery doesn't lock in cuz the plate that slides into the battery to hold it in place isn't positioned correctly.

I have 2 of there bikes ekx x21 and the ekx x21max there alot fun my wife and I enjoy them out camping very comfortable to ride.

The company is so easy to communicate with! They are so respectful and easy to work with and the bike is amazing! Best e-bike company out there!
