Helping to navigate a loved ones path to Medicaid
They helped us to understand the process and guide us all the necessary steps. Freddy and Jennifer were very responsive in answering my question and providing clarification when necessary.

Great customer service, friendly and supportive
Submitting an application for Medicaid long term care for your loved one can be a daunting task, but Eldercare Resource Planning helped us through the process from the beginning by answering all our questions, helping with the application, the trust, entering all the paperwork and commication with Medicaid. I am truly appreciative for all the help, in particular a huge shout out to Jen and Freddy for their dedication - thank you!!

Professional and top notch service
The puzzle to find answers for qualifying for programs, protecting your loved one's assets and which application(s) are needed to apply for Medi-Cal services is overwhelming to say the least. William from Eldercare spoke with me, was very professional and able to discuss my concerns and answer questions to help guide me through the process.

Jenn was patient, Freddy was persistent, both were successful
Jenn was patient, encouraging, and gently persistent in guiding me through the excruciatingly detailed process of collecting all the necessary documentation. Freddy got the application processed. He was sympathetic and encouraging when the state of Indiana refused to recognize my authorization of his agency on my behalf and required me to complete a confirmation phone interview. He was persistent in following up when the state of Indiana said that our application was denied because I missed a phone interview, and I was able to provide him with details about the interview that I had completed as requested.

Christina Chisholm, my application support specialist was very kind and helpful through a very long ordeal. I could have never have worked with DSHS without the help of ELDER CARE RESOURCE PLANNING. Jessica Munoz, was also very helpful with all the transferring of documents and let me tell you there must’ve been about a million. ECRP has a checklist that has to be completed before the application process can begin. Most of the stuff on the checklist was self-explanatory, but there was also a lot of things on there that were just way over my head. so it took multiple phone calls and emails to take care of these. Let me tell you, if the normal person, such as myself tried to do this on their own they would probably never get any help for their loved ones because of all the red tape that you have to go through just to get it. ELDER CARE RESOURCE PLANNING keeps you on track.

Everyone at Eldercare was very kind and helpful!
Everyone at Eldercare was very kind, helpful, and efficient. This process was a long one and a little confusing for me at times. However, my representative, Christina Chisholm, always answered all my questions and did so in a timely manner. She explained everything to me in simple terms so that I could understand and was always so patient with me. She was actually very comforting and informative throughout this entire process. She was always right there whenever I needed her and guided me through it all. I could not have had a better person helping me with all this. She was professional, but at the same time, I came to know her as a friend. She's the BEST! Thank you, Christina, and thank you, Eldercare!

Highly recommend Elder Care Resource Planning

I would highly recommend ECRP!!!
I would highly recommend ECRP to anyone who is looking to get help applying for medicaid for a parent. I was so impressed with everyone who helped me. From the first meeting with Jay who took the time to really explain what their service provides to the last communication with Freddie I felt taken care of through the whole process. Jennifer was kind, helpful, and answered all my questions. Both Jennifer and Freddie kept me in the loop with everything that was going on and gave me updates. Anai also sent me some documents in a timely manner. My mom's medicaid was approved much quicker than expected. Thank you ECRP for going above and beyond my expectations!
