ElecDirect.comReviews of elecdirect.com

Got items in a timely manner and i good condition .the price was good

fast and easy service

The product had terrible pictures, an inaccurate description, and only worked because I was able to manipulate the wiring a bit. Also it was WAY over priced for a knock off product that should have been half what the original one goes for. Also nobody wants to pay for shipping these days....figure out how to stop doing that. Ex....free shipping over $50 or something. BUT! The return/exchange process was very good and handled with confidence. One last negative is the CONSTANT email reminders for me to leave a review. Stop bugging people....if they want to leave a review they will.

Great selection of quality products. Product descriptions are detailed and accurate to what is delivered. Costumer service has been great! Thanks!

Great prices & quick shipping.

Great Products! Great Pricing! Great Service!
