Good course but poor customer handling.

Good informations with good explaining.

The course is intensive but the quality could be better

Some of us have hearing problems or we can hear at all, but we can see and inscription is faster on normal reading

I learnt alot about power system design which got me more acquainted to the system again. it also served as a refresher .

The course is well organised and very comprehensive. It provides most of the information that I was looking for. However, the accent is not too clear, I suggest to hire and a native speaker to read the course script so that it can be understood easily and the course can be taken by more people .

Good but need to be more detailed in deep. Discussion of the international code related to each subject will be great.
