Serial Port Monitor has been very useful in our bench setup to capture and debug UART communication issues with our software application, it is not difficult to setup and start capturing data. I have automated my debug by sending in real time the captured data to a file and open the live file in python. The software is most than capable for reverse engineer a protocol and automate, in our case we use it in our SW Test team to create fully automated test scripts on the serial comms.

II bought Commander One Pro in the app store to use my iPhone and iPad as a drive. I had not informed myself sufficiently and therefore did not know that the app store version does not support this due to restrictions imposed by Apple. Contacted Electronic Team and was offered a solution in no time. A 10 for customer service and response speed. Highly recommended!

their software does not work offline - it requires constant access to the internet for re-activation - they refused a refund on the basis that I should have known

It concerned the "USB Network Gate" software. It perfectly meets our needs for passing through license dongles and USB adapters to Hyper-V VMs. The software is easy to use, and our interactions with the service staff were very friendly and professional.

Had New Support Request from Web Console, basically I would not receive an email to allow me to change my password on my Helpwire account and just because Electronic Team, Inc cannot resolve the issue they are going to mark the ticket as Resolved, how ridiculous and dishonest is that!!

I looked for quite some time to be able to use my usb devices over the network, netusb ended up solving the problem perfectly, allowing remote access of local devices, when microsoft's own tools werent up to to the task. I highly recommend netusb to any one needing network access to locally connected usb devices. On top of this electronic team's customer support is excellent, and had very quick in responding whenever i needed to contact them.
