Appalling levels of customer support. 5 days to respond to a message regarding backup that haven't been working for a considerable amount of time beggars belief. Perhaps, they might respond this negative review??

Take renewal payments without any prior warning and when contested only offer a prorated refund. Will be taking up with bank. UPDATE AFTER ELEPHANTDRIVE REPLY It seems it takes a bad review to get your full refund, as 24 hours AFTER leaving this review they refunded the rest of the payment.

We understand you contacted us about it but only received a prorated refund on your yearly subscription. Our normal practice is to provide pro-rated refunds, however, after further review of your request, we can confirm that you have been refunded in full.
