Thank you for the 5 star review! We appreciate you taking the time to do so! Once you have paid the state fee, it takes them around 2 weeks to email you the approval. Give us a call if you don't receive that email in a few days and we would be happy to assist you!

My license still has not been renewed. Your company has not finished its full service promise to me yet! I’ve posted a new picture 3 times . I’m still waiting on them to contact me on it’s approval and how to pay State of Oklahoma.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback! We always appreciate it! We understand how frustrating it can be when an application encounters obstacles, especially when every detail must align with state-specific requirements. In Oklahoma, the state has strict guidelines for the selfie included in the application process, such as proper lighting, clarity, and alignment with their specifications. If these criteria aren't met, it can lead to rejection. While we do our best to provide clear instructions and guidance during the submission process, we understand this may still feel like a challenge. Someone from our team will reach out to you today!

Beware Before Using Elevate Holistics for Medical Marijuana Card Renewal I’ve held a medical marijuana card since 2022 and have renewed it annually without issue. Typically, the renewal process is straightforward: pay the fee, meet with a licensed professional, and you’re good to go. However, my experience with Elevate Holistics this past December was anything but smooth. I scheduled my renewal with Dr. Johnathan Miller, MD, through Elevate Holistics. The consultation was unusually brief—less than 30 seconds. While I initially assumed this was just efficiency, I soon learned that it was the first red flag. After the appointment, I attempted to make a purchase using my card, only to discover it was no longer valid. I contacted Elevate Holistics’ support team and was informed that my physician had failed to update my MMCC (Maryland Medical Cannabis Commission) account with the state. Over a month later, the issue remains unresolved. To make matters worse, I’ve been unable to reach anyone in their support team despite multiple attempts. This experience has been frustrating, and I will not be continuing business with Elevate Holistics. Their lack of professionalism and support has caused significant inconvenience. If you’re considering using Elevate Holistics for your medical marijuana needs, I strongly advise you to proceed with caution—or better yet, look elsewhere.

Dear Bob, Thank you for sharing your feedback about your recent experience with Elevate Holistics. We take all reviews seriously and appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. After a thorough review of our records, we could not find any record of you contacting our support team regarding this issue. We strive to provide top-notch assistance to all our patients, and it’s concerning to hear you felt unsupported. Regarding your renewal, it appears the delay occurred because the submission of your letter of recommendation had to be postponed due to state regulations requiring renewals to be processed closer to the expiration date of your medical card. In this case, we had to wait an additional three weeks before we could proceed with the renewal process. We understand how this timing requirement can be frustrating, and we apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused. Additionally, the brief nature of our consultations is by design, as our licensed professionals aim to efficiently assess and certify qualifying patients while respecting their time. However, we want to ensure every patient feels confident and informed after their appointment. We will address your concern with all our providers and appreciate the opportunity to do better! We sincerely regret that your experience fell short of expectations. If you’d like to discuss this matter further or if there’s anything we can do to help, please don’t hesitate to contact me directly. . We’re committed to making things right. Thank you for your patience and understanding. We value your feedback and will use it to improve our services.
