The site is SO slow and broken
The site is SO slow and broken! You can't even place an order because the pages never load correctly! In this day and age, it is inexcusable and pathetic to have a site run this poorly. I'm surprised anyone is even able to make a purchase here! A word of advice to the owners of this site; ACTUALLY HAVE YOUR WEBSITE WORK!!! You just lost a sale because of your incompetence. DO BETTER.

Disappointed in DE
I am very disappointed with my purchase. of 59,58 Iwanted to exchange a wig for color. You charged me a restocking fee(5.00) which is unfair. I will never make another purchase from Elevate styles/ I also had to pay 7.95 to send the wig back. I was given a refund of 24.98. You suck.

This wig is beautiful
This wig is beautiful. I have the black one that I ordered from Amazon and people thought it was my hair (with no baby hairs)!!! I ordered the 1B/30 from Elevate Styles and it's lovely. All I did was put makeup in the part and put my silk scarf to lay it flat. No shedding! My only con is the EXPENSIVE SHIPPING! Which is the main reason I initially ordered my black one but they were out of stock and I needed the 1B/30 for an event.

I made a two big orders
I made a two big orders, via credit card. They accepted the purchases and took the money, then later send a mail saying they didnt take credit card, only paypal,(due a possible fraud.) So i asked a refund back. They are limited saying my bank doesnt let them do the refund, theres an error. I called my bank several times to investigate what they was saying, and no, theres no problem with my bank or card, and theres no reason why not have my refund back. Now they stop replying and just say to call my bank and ask for a chargeback, very rude, Very bad experience. I wont change my review till they solve this and i have my money back.

Hello Arnaldo, Nice to see you here again. As explained to you yesterday we are not shipping this order equaling $800 to an international address on a non qualified credit card. As we suggested we would kindly accept PAYPAL or a money transfer. This protects both parties. Furthermore, we attempted to refund your card and now we are getting a fraud alert indicating that the cards were closed. We suggest you initiate a chargeback with your institution since there are fraud, frozen closed account issues. We recommend you get a PAYPAL account with a valid credit card to prevent future issues with any vendor. Feel free to respond here again. Thanks!
