Hair came very quick. Haven't installed hair..but I decided I don't like the ends of the passion twist crochet hair.

I still have not received my order. Elevate messed up my address (despite me entering the correct address when I submitted my order - I checked my confirmation email) so my package has been bouncing around New York. Tried to contact customer service for more information and couldn't get through. Terrible experience.

Great service, came earlier than expected!! Just what I ordered...

very small amount of shedding- like real hair. looks like 4a-4c hair. very thick but soft with the ability to get bigger when fluffed up a bit. color is true to pictures and the name. the clips seem pretty strong and steady. i wouldn't sleep in them however. the chocolate brown was indeed chocolate brown. and the copper red (in my opinion) was more red than copper. my only real complaint is the fact the i can never seem to get the color hair i want. that's it.... this hair is amazing and perfect for beginners like me whom are not used to using clips/extensions.
