I really luv that hair it is so pretty it looks like Indian Remy bundles that what I normally where besides wigs that is definitely a show stopper I will purchase again and tell family and friends also !

My item arrived sooner than expected and customer service was very responsive when I left a note stating that I had inserted the wrong address.

Getting a refund is just too much work. . Shipping it back restocking fees etc. & the wig looked very unnatural thought it was human hair too much for synthetic.

These people are liars! Don't waste your money or time. I placed an order that i never received. They gave me a tracking number but never shipped the item/never to it to usps. They hope you will forget about your order so they can scam you out of your money! When i asked where my products were (that i needed) they never replied until i made a bad review on google. Afterwards they gave me a refund but still no explanation about product order. Also their number doesn't work nor will they text you back. All around irresponsible and zero accountability! This war my first and unfortunately last time ordering!
