I order 2 wigs and the were the same color didn’t look like the colors at all on line. clled the company and the said they would cll me the following day they were updating there system,so upset and disappointed.

They they sent me the wrong color bonnet I ordered black and they sent purple. The faux locs are very stiff and heavy and the mambo coily dense locs were matted together. Will not buy from this company again .

I ordered from Elevate... I received a notification delivery date; however, my package was delivered several days later and placed in my personal mailbox. When I checked my product, it appeared to be dried out.

The quality of the units is amazing, but they sent me the wrong color twice. I'm going to try a different site and order randomly from this one. Maybe one time they will get it right.

Elevate has a wide variety of wigs, styles, colors, lengths and more. Whatever you are looking for in a wig you can most likely find it by shopping at Elevate. Also the prices are reasonable, the quality of the wigs are nice and they don't take forever to ship your items out to you. I have purchased several wigs with them and although all of the wigs I purchased were not suited for me it was not a fault of Elevates but of my own because sometimes I will try to branch out and try a daring color, length or style that unfortunately just did not suited my style or the overall look I was looking for.
